Behind every WordCamp is a group of die-hard WordPress enthusiasts who work their butts off to create the best event imaginable for their WordPress community. As a volunteer, you’ll be working side-by-side with other community members, having fun, and putting together Portland’s signature WordPress event.
The need for volunteers in 2011 is even greater because WordCamp Portland will be the site for the WordPress Foundation’s Software Freedom Day celebration this year!
Aaron Hockley and Andrea Middleton have worked together to identify volunteer roles, and we are now looking for people to get involved as leaders on the organizing team as well as “day-of” volunteers.
